Could you expand on the 1-2-3 breakout in general?  The term isn't ringing
any bells - not sure I've heard it before.

This could be a setup for 1-2-3 breakout. Yesterday, the volume was
7million+, today, it looks like it is going to be 4.5m, if tomorrow, the
volume goes down to 3 and then on Monday it goes to 2 or 1, it could be a
setup for a 123 breakout momentum play as long as it does not fall below
$6.96.

Personally I would say no, since it has pulled back on high volume .
