Bill,

  I am wondering one could identify characteristic of a big winner just 
after its first BO.  I think following as reading from IBD:
1. more than 20% gain from pivot within 2 to 4 weeks
2. Breakaway gap
3. double base -- second flat base on the top of first flat base
4. short CWH
