To me it looks like the rally's got a mild flu rather than anything
terminal.  Most distribution day have seen indices down < 1%, and there are
about as many accumulation days (mostly also with gains < 1%).  I did a
simple average of up/down volume in the past 3 weeks and both the NYSE and
NASD were about 1.3.  The advance/decline 3-week average is about 1.2 on the
NASD and 0.95 on the NYSE.  Not sure if these averages mean anything.

Anyway, I'm cautious and ready to pull the plug, but haven't felt compelled
to yet!
