Somebody asked the question a week ago if we are all moving to cash -
I just got home after being gone a few days and in the mail was the
new issue of SmartMoney magazine.  The cover story is:

"Stocks Are Back!  Here's What You Should Do Now"

Another indicator to be very cautious with the market.

And to add to Fanus's point to Jeff about being careful and not to
anxious to start investing, there was an Investor's Corner in IBD
within the last few weeks that talked about how long it can take to
learn CANSLIM.  I don't remember the exact quote, but it stated that
to fully understand CANSLIM usually takes at least one market cycle, 
if not more, to learn it to a T.
