The Ameritrade streaming quotes were inherited when they bought 
out Datek.  It is a good app.  However, to qualify at Ameritrade, 
you must have more than just an account (that's all that Datek 
required).  Ameritrade requires a minimum balance of $500 to 
access the quote streamer.  This can be in either cash or 
securities.
