As an academic exercise, maybe.  There's nothing really about those two
names indicating that this will be a top (and reverse, which is what you're
getting at?) rather than a continuation.

You're focused too much on the price action and not enough on the volume.
The volume for TASR looks like good, breakout volume.  Plenty of volume on
PDII as well.

If you own these two names and you're worried, you should draw in some
appropriate trendlines and monitor the stock to see where it goes.  Watch
the volume.  The volume will generally give you The Big Hint soonest--they
can paint the tape (price), they can't paint the volume.  On PDII, as I
mentioned this morning, check out the weekly chart--the daily chart and the
priceline is only going to reveal so much.  You're just now above some
important resistance areas;  translation:  it looks pretty clear above here
to, well, lookit here:  49??

In any event, there are no signs telling you to get out.
