Hi John,
  I remember the spreadsheet to which you're referring and I'm fairly certain it
was Duke Miller's handiwork. Unfortunately, it's not something that I kept
personally because I don't use the IBD screens.

  I'd suggest you try and contact Duke directly at  dukemill@tampabay.rr.com .
Hopefully this is still a good address for him, as  he is no longer an active
member of the list . Let me know if you are successful in retrieving a copy and
I'll post it to the CANSLIM FTP site and add a reference to it in the FAQ. That
way it'll be there in the event of future hard drive crashes.

  If it's not Duke's work, then the only other Excel-savvy person I can think of
that might have posted it is Mike Niemotka. He's still an active member of the
list, however, so if it were his, I'm sure he would've spoken up by now.
