Hi Mike, I own NTST and I want to share with you why I bought it. You spotted a very good candidate, and when you see a stock like this breaking out, go for it. DO NOT ask anyone for their opinion, just buy, and then manage the trade. The links below are to www.xdrive.com. Click on open to view each chart individually after the page appears. NTST Analysis.gif http://plus.xdrive.com/s/895548237H4U8cGCzyLZsqzJQT9m&partner=xdrv NTST Today.gif http://plus.xdrive.com/s/89554827792QfpfyQOp0iMNAQzNh&partner=xdrv NTST has been under accumulation for quite some time, it broke out of a consolidation area when earnings were announced, and it is now following through. The first chart is my analysis, and the second chart is a daily chart after today's breakout. These are the reasons I bought NTST. 1. A strong gap up when earnings were announced on 8/05/03. The volume was 10 times normal volume; over 1/2 million shares on a stock with a float of only 3.5 million. This means there are many new shareholders in the stock. If the gap was defended, or if a flag formed on RELATIVELY light volume compared to the earnings breakout day, I thought NTST had a good chance to go again. 2. Great earnings acceleration, a strong group, a dividend of 1.5%, ROE of 16, Price to Sales of 1.1 etc. 3. NTST digested the gap move up, held its ground as volume became relatively quiet, and was setting up to go again. Volume came in today, and you spotted the pivot buy point. With all this going for it, the breakout had a very good chance to succeed. You don't get many chances to pick up 20 plus percentage points in a day, so go for a good stock when you see the volume coming into it. From what I remember, you would like to see volume dry up, preferable below the 50dMA. I see this as a danger sign to the success, but as of this writing, it is up to $7.54. Any thoughts?
