I don't go by percentage of pullback. Instead, I like to see a pullback to the 50DMA or even a bit below the 50DMA, followed by a bounce above the 50DMA. When that happens to a stock with a good primary base, and good CANSLIM numbers, I think the chances are much better than even that the price will resume its interrupted climb. But I do want the market to be showing enthusiasm before climbing on.
