Who knows the procedure for putting up large files to the FTP site? =20

I have permission from Jay Oken to post his Group Rotation file prepared =
with the HGSI software. Jay's only request is to forward any feedback =
received.

I'll post his 8/16 files as soon as I receive the FTP instructions =
(hopefully they're not too complicated).
