Kevin: Back in December 2002 this stock hit a high of $31.90 then fell 
dramatically to under $12. It is now carefully building the right side of a cup. I 
would wait to see if it forms a handle and breaks out. If it slowly moves past 
$32. at least you could get on board when no resistance existed.
