From a strict WON approach, it is only rated at B + 154 (EPS +RS).  WON
advocates not looking at stocks below 160.  While the recent uptrend is
encouraging and on a weekly chart, the current price has penetrated the
downward sloping trend line, you must ask yourself . . . What is my reason
for investing in this company?
