ELBO had a nice gap up today to the peak of the left side of the cup. =
It's EPS + RS is 159. Overall rating of A+.
=20
I didn't take any positions in this stock because I've been burned =
recently buying on the cup and not waiting for the BO. I'm trying to be =
disciplined and conservative . . . and understand the price and volume =
action and potential gain.
=20
Short term, I would expect some profit taking. There was huge volume in =
late July and those folks could take a 30% profit today. Several other =
big volume up days in the past (with fewer big volume down days) also =
lead me to believe there is some profit to be realized at this point in =
time (unfortunately, not mine).
=20
If the stock moves past 32, future resistance may come into play at 35, =
~37, 40, and near 50.=20
=20
For those more experienced, how do I carry my analysis forward. Given =
that we are fast approaching the "cha-ching" season for retailers, do =
positive future outlooks tend to get priced into the stock before =
results are announced after the season? Might that mean more upside for =
ELBO? Just thinking out loud here - any comments, thoughts, suggestions =
are appreciated.
=20
Best regards,
Kevin

From a strict WON approach, it is only rated at B + 154 (EPS +RS). WON =
advocates not looking at stocks below 160. While the recent uptrend is =
encouraging and on a weekly chart, the current price has penetrated the =
downward sloping trend line, you must ask yourself . . . What is my =
reason for investing in this company?
=20
Your answer to that question will tell you if you should buy it today?
