Publishing persfin-digest over the past 3 years has been an enormously enjoyable and educational experience for me. My original goal was to establish a place where, if I had a personal finance question to ask, I could get it answered quickly and expertly. I believe we have such a place. Since I have become the Personal Finance Guide at the Mining Company, we have additional resources to get our personal finance questions answered. We now have: Bulletin Board: http://pfinance.miningco.com/mpboards.htm Chat Rooom: http://pfinance.miningco.com/mpchat.htm Web Site: http://pfinance.miningco.com and I have a new email address at: pfinance.guide@miningco.com I encourage you to take advantage of these additional resources. These additional responsibilities, of course, take time. Enough time so that I am not able to edit persfin-digest any longer. Fortunately, we have a new Editor and location for persfin-digest. Jeff Salisbury (jeff.salisbury@sdl.usu.edu) will be the new editor. He has, like me, many years of experience in running majordomo mailing lists similar to persfin. In addition, he has an extensive personal finance background. I'm confident that the new Digest will be in good hands and I stand ready to help Jeff manage the transition. Persfin-Digest has a new home at: persfin-digest@lists.xmission.com Finally, I would like to thank all of you (over 3,000 at last count) who have supported persfin. I hope you have profited personally from the suggestions and ideas made in this magazine. Best wishes.
