I am a Treasurer for a condominium association.  The resident manager has
asked me to develop retention periods for accounting records so that he can
discard those records that are no longer needed.  Does anyone have such a
list already that they would be willing to share that I could use as a
start?  Preferably the list would be referenced to appropriate sources such
as IRS publications or based on recommendations of the AICPA or other
appropriate sources.
