The Jennings' asked:
> 5. Finally, anyone have advice on how to close on a house
long-distance?
I have done this a half-dozen times, including two simulataneous
closings.
My advice is to get an experienced real estate lawyer to handle
the closings
while you relax in the Jacuzi and float in the hotel pool before
moving into your new
home.
Best to You and Welcome to the Neighborhood,
