We are in the process of selling a home near the Boston area and wondering
how to select a lender. I have two lenders who have similar rates and fee
structure. What criteria should one use to decide on a lender? They have
quoted me 6.75% with 1 1/4 points and approx. $1600-1700 in closing costs.
