I read that the new tax law increases the degree to which partnerships and
sole proprietoryships may match contributions on a 401K plan. I read the
match can be even more than dollar for dollar, providing discrimination
tests are passed.

So, suppose a sole proprietorship shows a profit of say, $5,000 on a
schedule C? What's the maximum that could be placed in a 401K?

I called two stock brokerage firms and they do not offer 401K to sole
proprietorships. Where would one obtain a plan and account?

If you know the answers to any or all of these questions, I would
appreciate it greatly if you could share your knowledge with the group and
send me an email copy. Thanks in advance for any help you provide.
