My spouse and I, both self employed sole proprietors, have 13 months left on
my COBRA medical plan.

We are exploring the MSA approach, and would like comments and/or advise on
this option.

We live in Minnesota, and the only provider offering these planss appears to
be Fortis/TIME.

We expect to be in the 28% Fed 8% State bracket for the next 4 years, and then
into the minimum bracket of $15%/8%.

Current known prescriptions costs are 1200/yr, and we are both relatively
healthy ages 54 & 55.
