Does anyone have any information on either of these two issues?  Are offshore
banls really "trust worthy" and how do self liquidating loans work?  Some of
the things I have read about each seem too good to be true.  And we all know
what they say about something that is "too good to be true".  So if anyone has
more information, good or bad, I would love to hear about it.

Sorry if this has been answered in a previous issue but I don't always get a
chance to read every issue.
