Hope this isn't the umpteenth posting for this topic:

Lets you name the price you want to pay and then searches for a major
carrier with unsold seats available at that price.  Specific
departure/return
times or seat preferences are unlikely to be available, but tickets can be
requested up to six months in advance of departure.

Question:
Anybody have a lead or recommendation for a frequent flier
milage/point exchange or cash-in service?  How is this legal?
Similarly, how do you donate frequent flier miles to a charity?
