Any management firms in the LA-San Fernando Valley area
that someone might recommend?

We have begun working with someone named Beth Brooks in LA to manage
renting our house while we're overseas.
The cost to get a renter in (including screening, credit checks, etc.) is
approx. $500, but probably ranges widely among management agencies.
The monthly fee depends on the rent amount, but should be between 4 and 10
% of the rent collected.

I don't know if she manages places in San Fernando, but her number is (909)
