Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you have a right to make a request to
a credit-reporting bureau if you were denied credit within 60 days of
notice of 
denial.

I know that CSC Credit Services will grant, upon a written request, will
give a free report if one is denied credit, insurance, or a job, within 60
days.
