Hi -

For those of you who may remember my message about our financial bind, I'd
first like to thank all of you who were kind enough to send me your
suggestions.

There has been what looks like a workable conclusion.  I got together with a
wonderful mortgage broker (if any of you are looking for one in Maryland, DC or
Virginia, write to me and I'll give you his name and number) and arranged for a
new second mortgage at a good rate with terms favorable to me.  We closed on
the loan on Friday evening (at home) and the funds will be disbursed on
Wednesday.
