I run a small business with my wife and I am changing my health 
insurance carrier.  After much investigation I found a carrier that 
was as good as my previous one, but significantly cheaper!  Anyway, I 
am lookinng for dental insurance that will replace the one I had.  I 
was dissatisfied with the previous one because I was locked into 
providers that I felt were inadequate with comparison to my old 
dentist.   I would like to know if there is a dental plan where I can 
select my own dentist for dental services.
