I work for a small nonprofit agency and we are searching for a new 
health insurance carrier.  I am involved with the search and I know 
that the am best ratings are one guideline I would like to use to 
evaluate the carriers.  I would like to know if there is a way I can 
some basic data on some of the carriers without straining our budget. 
Please help.
