Hi,
I haven't heard any real money market (MM) account which are FDIC insured!!
Banks now a days use the word "money market" for their checking/savings
accounts, with very low returns.

I have found GE Capital (1-800-433-4480) Interest Plus account which gives
you on average > 5.1% return. If you open a new account they give you $25
bonus also. But this is not FDIC insured. Though GE Capital is subsideary
of big conglomerate GE, and what are the chances of it going bankcrupt?
I take (hardly!!) little risk for big return and "relative" safety too.
You can write checks (min $250) out of this account and THEY print checks
for you!!
Check it out...

	Subject: Money market account recommendations?

	Hi All,

The interest rate on my money market account (not fund) has
steadily declined and now is 3.13%. I am looking for a new
FDIC insured account for my super safe money. Any ideas??
