Dear all

Recently I have installed Quicken Basic 99 for Windows NT. But I could
not print out
anything from it. When I click on the print button, it says printer not
initialized.
However, I can printout from other Windows NT applications without any
problems.
Also when I try to click the print command from the file menu, nothing
happens. Is
it a bug in the new version? I have tried to look at the quicken.com
site for any
answers. But I have found none. I cannot even call quicken support line
because I
believe there is a charge to call them. I think they should provide at
least basic
support for free. Anyway that is another story.

I did have a previous version of Quicken from which I was able to print
everything
without any problems. I have tried to reinstall the new version several
times, but
still am not able to print. Does anyone using Quicken knows about this
problem. Any
help would be appreciated.
