ABILITY LEVELS:
Type I - Ski conservatively, prefer slower speeds,
prefer easy to moderate slopes.
Type II - Ski moderately, prefer a variety of speeds,
ski on varied terrain, including most difficult trails.
(All skiers who do not meet ALL of the descriptions of either Type I or Type III.)
Type III - Ski aggressively, normally ski at high speeds,
prefer steeper and more challenging terrain.
DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY:
* Online reservations must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance to receive discounts. Online reservations must be made at least 1 day (24 hours) in advance. Same-day reservations must call us toll-free at 877.222.7600.
* A $20 per person deposit is required for all reservations. This deposit will be applied to your final bill rather than returning to your card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For rental cancellations more than 48 hours prior to date of pick-up, full refund will be made. For cancellations less than 48 hours prior to pick-up, deposits will be forfeited.
Equipment Protection Plan:
Equipment Protection Plan is available for $2 per day and is automatically included with all rentals. Equipment Protection Plan protects the renter from any liability connected to damage to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear (i.e. Base damage, broken poles or skis). It does not, however, protect the renter in the event of loss, theft or negligence. You can choose to decline the insurance upon rental pickup. Protect yourself and your vacation happiness... never leave equipment unattended. We recommend you take advantage of complimentary ski checks, whenever you are having lunch or just taking a break from the slopes.
