Radius Engineering also provides
custom injection systems to satisfy your specific
needs. We can provide systems capable of processing
high temperature resins (700° Fahrenheit) as
well as large injection quantities. The injection
system pictured here is a computer controlled meter
mix pump. It was designed for a two-component resin
system. Each resin component is heated and degassed
in a separate tank. Each tank is capable of storing
250 gallons. A stepper motor drives precision gear
pumps that control the flow of each component. The
system is set up with redundant control features
for monitoring mix ratios and injection pressures.
