Experimental composite diamond brazing rods can be customized per each customer's applications also.
The brazing rods can be customized by varying the following:
1.Diamond size, type , grade and volume percent (concentration).
2.Addition of secondary abrasives for increased wear resistance of the metal matrix.
3.Addition of alloy hardeners to the braze alloy.
COST
The cost of each rod will be from $10.00 - $25.00 and contain approximately 4 cubic centimeters of weld deposit.
Please request a datasheet that will show the weld deposit coverage and costs for the different rod types.
The price of different will depend greatly on the diamond cost in making the brazing rod and the order quantity.
