If you wish to make a Donation without becoming a member of the SLFS, choose the "Other Donation" Membership Type below.
Membership submissions are processed via our secure server, and sensitive information is stored in a secure, encrypted form.
Encrypted Credit Card Numbers are kept in electronic form only until your Membership is processed.
The SLFS does NOT share your personal Membership information.
We will NOT automatically renew your Membership. We will charge your credit card only once for the initial Membership application plus any extra perks you select (extra T-shirts, etc; see form below). Monthly-payment memberships will be charged once per month through the year.
