A jetpack can make this one a walk in the park. Jump to the Little area full of boxes. Pick them up, if your in the mood open the door and get the Gore'Ther moveing to your other guy's. When they are about half way jump the fesce behind them. They will most likely split up and backs will be shown all over, you can figure it out from there.
If you don not have a jetpack, you need to move in and hug the walls to either side so that they kind of split up allowing you some shots at their backs. A mine placed in the path of one will most likely kill them.
Once you are around the corner and on the way out of the compund you just need to keep moving to not get hit by the War'Coo.
