This is about as straight foreward as you get. You have to get someone to the platform in the middle.
Kill all the enemies behind you first. Then the guy's on your players left side. It is just a bunch of spiders, but will mess you up if they get to you.
The boxes can be blown up but that gives leaves you open for a rush of more spiders so be ready if you attempt it. By now you should have some jetapcks. The only surprise here is the VERY large group of spiders behind the platform. A couple of mines will fix that problem for you.
