The tyranist's thoughts
The long and the short of it is that they should have stopped making these movies a
while back. Either that or they should have put a little more thought into the direction
they wanted to go. Not that the franchise was ever worth saving.
Part 2 (apparently) of the Leprechaun's newfound love of "tha hood" brings him
face to face with a bunch of greedy, self-serving, drug-mongering kids. One of whom
was kinda hot. All of whom deserved to die.
Let's see. Shiek Mahmud-Bey was in this. Haven't heard of him. Sticky Fingaz was
there too. Another one I haven't heard of. Tangi Miller played the lead girl who changed
character so fast it might not have been the same movie. Sherrie Jackson was not
only the most normally named, but she was also about the only one worth seeing.
Still had never heard of her though.
This really was just a bad idea that someone high must have greenlit. It will make a
little money, but is this really what Warwick Davis wants to do with the rest of his
life. I suppose it pays well enough, but he's done so many good things. Alas, another
talent put to waste.
I wouldn't recommend seeing this. Not even if you are a long time fan of the franchise.
I'm not and I saw it anyway. I'm thinking it's about Rish's turn when the next one
comes out.
