Yuatja have an assortment of equipment they use on the hunt.  Most of the weapons are far more advanced than the current human galactic standard.  Despite this, the yautja find that the closer one can get to one's prey, the more honorable the kill is.  Hence, the spear and the wrist blades are the favored weapons of a skilled hunter.

POWER:  Yuatja equipment is powered by a microfusion generator and an accumulator that is worn on the back.  All of the powered equipment is run off this.  The microfusion generator puts out a steady stream of power that collects in the accumulator.  This is the field charge that powers the systems and weapons, however, the field charge drains as a yautja uses items that require large amounts of power. i.e. light plasma cannon and shift-suit.  It takes time for the microfusion generator to recharge the accumulator.  So, despite the vast weaponry, and ability of normal hunt armor, there is a limit.  The microfusion generator can be set to self-destruct.  The result is as a small fusion bomb.

ARMOR:  Full hunt armor is made of very lightweight alloys and is of good quality.  It is customizable and can be worn as a whole or in nearly any configuration a yautja desires.  Most of the more experienced hunters wear little or no armor in spite of the negligible encumberment of the armor.

EQUIPMENT:  Yautja as a species have poor vision.  They would be at a severe disadvantage were it not for the masks they commonly wear.  The mask gives the hunter a wide selection of visual modes, (thermal, bioelectrcal, ultraviolet, normal visual, etc.) digital readouts of their environment and equipment, range-finding, and magnifying.  They have a microcomputer in the wrist readout.  This microcomputer links with the mask and will provide a targeting solution for certain armor weapons.  The shift-suit provides a cloaking capability that provides the perfect camouflage, by allowing light to bend around the wearer.  A personal first aid kit is a part of standard equipment as well.

WEAPONS:  A yautja hunter has an assortment of weapons to choose from.  The standard weapons are:  A light, shoulder-mounted plasma cannon, that does not disrupt the cloaking of the shift-suit and it is linked with the targeting system. The shoulder-mounted laser cannon works as the plasma cannon does,  A smart disk is hand-held, and once a targeting solution is acquired it will track its target for up to 200m or until an obstacle gets in the way.  The telescoping spear is a favored weapon of the yautja, it is made of very light and incredibly strong alloys and extends to about 3m, An energy pistol is a short range weapon that fires plasma "goo" in a short-lived magnetic bubble.  The gyro dart is located in the same wrist device as the microcomputer.  A speargun is a very powerful, accurate long-range weapon that phnuematically throws lightweight spear-darts.   The netgun can be a nasty device as it traps it's prey, for it pins the victim to the nearest wall or floor then the anchors continues to drill themselves in deeper until the victim eventually dies.  A plasma cord is somewhat like a whip that releases energy when it entraps it's victim.   The most honorable weapon to use in combat of the yautja arsenal is the retractable wrist blades.  All of these weapons are of high quality and durability.
