Riverton Copperview Stake
Family Heritage Festival (held Saturday, May 19, 2007) Report from FH Consultant Wayne Goodsell:

"We had, as best as we can tell, approximately 200 people in attendance at one or all of the three sessions of the festival.  We are particularly pleased with the support we received from the Primary both in participating in the Festival and in Preparation for the Festival.  There were hundreds of primary children who learned of their forebears, of the importance of sealing families together for eternity, and of the traits of honesty, integrity, faith and testimony demonstrated in the lives of their ancestors.  I believe these lessons will serve them well as they build their own character in preparation for the challenges they will face in life.
"

Note from Westras:    They had great priesthood support with all three of their Stake Presidency and their wives in attendance for the entire program, and Brother Darton, High Councilor over Temple and Family History.  Click here for a copy of their printed program  and click here for a more detailed description of the interesting and unique ideas they used.
