Granger West (Utah) Stake FH Fair (2004):

It was their 4th annual fair.  It was very well attended.  It was on Saturday and began at 8 a.m. with people picking up their syllabus ($8) if they had ordered one and their lunch tickets ($5) if they had ordered lunch ahead of time.   At 8:30, there was a half-hour opening session in the chapel with musical number, prayer, and speakers.

They held classes from 9-3 p.m., with lunch from noon until 1 p.m.   Half of the cultural hall was set up with many laptop computers for hands-on PAF classes.  The other half of the cultural hall was set up with tables and chairs for lunch.  People could bring their own lunches if desired.  There were several classes to choose from each hour, including one that was conducted in Spanish.

For lunch, they served various rolls, with ham, turkey, roast beef, and cheese, pickles, etc. to make your own sandwiches.  There were individual jello with fruit containers, small bags of various chips, cans of pop, ice water, and cookies.
