The Palatins here after named for themselves, and their families's subsistance Debtors to the Queen's Most Sacred Majesty L 31,,6,,--,, for four dayes subsistence distributed to the said Palatins from the 27th day of June instant to this day both inclusive at the Rate of 6 [pence] for Persons above 10 years of age, and 4 [pence] per diem for children under ten years of age, pusuant to Her Majestyes Instructions bearing date Whitehall the 26 day of January 1709/10.

Examining the entries, we find:

Originally, the Weidknecht family had four members: Andreas, Margaret, and Dietrich as adults (over 10), with John George under 10 years (he was 9 at the time).
In October of 1710, the entry changes to 4 adults and 1 child. John George would have still been 9 at this time (his birthday was in December), but seems to be listed as an adult. The new child would be Anna Elizabeth, age 9, who appears in the list of Palatines remaining in New York after the main group set out in October to Livingston Manor.
The number in the family changes back to 4 adults in 1711, meaning that Anna Elizabeth had died or perhaps joined another family.
The secon entry for December 24 is for the period of October 4 to December 4, 1710 for families who remained in New York. The heading for this list reads:
These families charged with small sums were sent up to the Settlement last fall, adn others with large sums were subsisted at New York till the Spring following and not sent up till Aprill & May. And the remainder being Widows and Orphans have been subsisted to this time. In this charge are brought in several omission for provision allowd to the Officers from their arrival here to the 26th June last, which was not charged.
On 25 March 1712, the entry is for the widow of Andreas Weidknecht, although the entire amount is still charged for the whole family. So Andreas would have died between 24 Dec 1711 and 25 March 1712.
