The Petition of Amy Ann Daugherty, daughter of John Daugherty, lat of Montgomery township, dec'd, respectfully represents: That your Petitioner is a minor above the age of fourteen (being sixteen years and upwards) and has no Guardian to take charge of her person and estate. She therefore prays your honor to permit her to make choice of some suitable person as her Guradian, for the purposes above mentioned, and respectfully designates Eduard H. Rufner, of Montgomery Township as the person whom she is desired of choosing, and as in duty bound she will ever pray &c. Witness: David Daugherty
