On the 16th day of June 1775 Came John Whitneck Executor of John Whitneck late of Frederick County Deceased and made Oath on the holy Evangelists of Almighty God that the aforegoing Iventory is a Just and true Inventory of all and singular the Goods and Chattles which were of the aforesaid Deceased at the time of his Death which Came to his hands, possession or Knowledge at the time of the making thereof and that what hath Since or shall hereafter come to his hands possession or Knoweldge he will return it in an Additional Inventory that he knows of no Concealment of any part of Parcel of the Deceaseds Estate and that if he shall hereafter discover any Concealment or Suspect any to be he will Acquaint the Commissary General for the time being or his Deputy with such Discovery or Cause of Suspicion that it may be enquired into and that he will well and truly give an Account of all and Every part of the Deceaseds Estate that shall hereafter come to his hands possession or Knowledge--
