Out of the many pieces I created during my job sabbatical in 1993, this one just
happened to most nearly put me back into the tranquil state of mind I enjoyed in
the early 80's when I painted most of my hyperreal nature studies.Canyonlands National
Park is a place of unparalleled raw beauty. Here Nature shows itself as the vastness
of time and the power to touch all matter. And best of all, it is obvious to anyone
who simply combines eyesight with mind sight. |
