While ambling along the edge of the surf, at the seashore near Bandon, Oregon, I happened upon a thin layer of uniformly sized, flattened pebbles. My mind saw these as elements to construct images. I scooped up a small bagful and the next day, began glueing them to a canvas using clear acrylic paint.This abstract seascape is the result. |
