November 5, 2006. Added links to my new Donner Blog to the Home and News pages.

October 27, 2006. Added details to Cannibalism on the FAQ page and lots of tidbits to the News page.
September 17, 2006. Added details to the Donner 2006 and News pages.
August 19, 2006. Worked on the Rescuers page; did some rearranging and added a bit of information to several entries (Cady, Clark, Stone, McCutchen, Miller, and Reed), plus some other edits.
August 13, 2006. Updated information about the Religion of Donner Party members on the FAQ page.
July 28, 2006. Only a genealogist would understand, but I was delighted to learn Eliza Williams' date of death from a reader, Elizabeth Cogan, who kindly sent me the information. This snippet inspired me to rework Eliza's entry on the Teamsters page.

November 20, 1999. Feedback has convinced me that the website should include a synopsis of the Donner story, so I’ve added a Chronology page. Earlier this month the entire "Metrogourmet" web moved to an ISP in Idaho. The good news is that the Guest Book program decided to start working again, so I don’t have to update it, at least until the next time it quits; the bad news is that the hit counter reset itself to 00001 for a week or so until I figured out how to restart it.
