    We drove from Utah, through Wyoming and into Colorado on the first leg of our trip, stopping in Denver for 1 night.

Cities & Places we visited

    DENVER AREA
    We arrived in Denver on July 3rd and went straight to the Colorado Rockies game.   We arrived later than we had planned to,  getting there in the 3rd inning.   We enjoyed our first Major League baseball game.  Mom and Dad fell asleep during the game since they had been up all night the night before.
    After the game, we drove past Mile High Stadium where the Bronco's play so we could get a picture for Nathan.  We then drove on to our campsite at the Chief Hosa Campground in the mountains east of Denver.  The kids swam while Mom & Dad relaxed.  After setting up camp, we had dinner by flashlight and crawled into bed for a much needed good nights sleep!
    The next morning, July 4th, we packed up and drove to Littleton to see the Denver Temple.  We took some pictures and then headed for Kansas City, Missouri.
