The original product line included a whipped orange and whipped pina colada concentrate in bottles, with traditional Hispanic beverages added in 1983. Juicy Whip was the first company in the U.S. to bottle these concentrates and the first, beginning in 1985, to manufacture a bag-in-the-box (BIB) concentrate for fountain applications.

During this period, the founders of Juicy Whip patented the TowerMax® Simulated Bubbler dispenser technology, which has become a standard in the non-carbonated beverage industry. The machine design features liquid display bowls over each valve with a fluid that looks like the real beverage. The patented design offers the visual effects of a traditional bubbler, and all of the advantages of a post-mix dispenser – no hand mixing, no bowl clean-up, better sanitary conditions, and no product waste. A major beverage manufacturer has purchased over 15,000 units from Juicy Whip to dispense several of their popular juice and tea drinks because of the unique merchandising advantages of our TowerMax® design.
