This is "Herbs," probably the favorite place to eat for at least three decades worth of
missionaries. Its real name is "Helene Schmidt's Schnitzelwirt" and it is on Neubaugasse. The
missionaries have been calling it "Herb's" since it was first discovered. At that time, the
head waiter was named Herb. Does anyone know when Herb actually worked there, and when missionaries
first began eating there?
