Well, you can get one or more of the excellent printed tutorials available (see "The Printed Word", below). For some additional expense, you can also get accompanying audio and videotapes. See the "Suppliers" in the part 2.
You may be able to find a teacher that is willing to teach long distance by sending audio tapes back and forth in the mail.
If you're realy lucky, you'll be able to find one that can send digital music files via email or ftp.
And if you're absloutly, increadably lucky, the new neighbor that is just moving in will be an open piper who teaches for free, and you'll win the lottery too.
