2004-Present CEO and legal office of  Stewardship Water & Gas Co., LLC, a limited liability company presently developing a chemical dewatering wastewater treatment technology involving chemical separation and concentration of wastewater solids for environmental disposition of the separated by-products.
1997-99 President and sole stock holder of Harbor Dental Bleaching Group, Inc., with annual sales of three million dollars in the manufacturing and selling of dental bleaching products. I owned and operated the company during patent infringement litigation, wherein I was in charge of overall supervision of the management and operations.
1988-Present Secretary/Treasurer, General Counsel, and principal stockholder Cogen Power, Inc., an Idaho corporation, which developed two 10-Megawatt gas fired cogeneration projects selling electrical power to Idaho Power Company, and steam to two potato processing plants.  This company’s sister company, Cogen Power II negotiated a similar long-term electrical power sales agreement with Pacificorp, which was bought back by the utility before construction of the plant.
1988-94 Secretary/Treasurer and principal stockholder in Theodore Games, Inc., an over-the-counter publicly traded Nevada corporation, marketing divorce counseling games and materials for children undergoing the trauma of divorce or separation. Oversaw day to day management, including SEC compliance and overall production and management of the products.
1984-88 Secretary/Treasurer and principal stockholder of American Cogen Technology, Inc., a California corporation, which developed a 45 Megawatt natural gas fired power plant in Stockton, California selling electrical power to Pacific Gas & Electric, and steam to the Libbey Owens Ford Glass auto glass plant.
