Ordering

    Orders can be placed directly with Acqutek or any Acqutek corporation representative. Orders may be placed by mail, telephone, or sent via FAX. Please confirm telephone and FAX orders by written purchase order. Order information should include: ship- and bill-to address, model number and price.

Terms and Conditions

    Prices are FOB from Acqutek's shipping point and subject to change without notice.

    For sales made within the U.S.A.: Terms are net 30 upon credit approval. Otherwise, payment is required to be prepaid or C.O.D.

    For sales made outside of the U.S.A.: If orders are less than US$10,000, then payment is required in (wire transfer). If orders exceed US$10,000, then payment terms will be advance by T/T or irrevocable L/C upon delivery date.

Pricing

    All written quotations and price lists made by Acqutek are valid for 60 days. Discounts are available for quantity purchases on a single purchase order. Contact us or any of our representatives for details.

Delivery

    All models shown in this catalog are normally in stock for immediate shipment. Please contact us or any of our representatives for delivery information.

Warranty

    All products manufactured by Acqutek are warranted against defective materials and workmanship for a period of three months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. Any product that is found to be defective within the warranty period will, at the option of Acqutek, be repaired or replaced. This warranty does not apply to any products that have been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident. In no case shall Acqutek's actions exceed the original product's purchase price.

    Acqutek Corporation makes no representations or warranties with respect to the contents hereof and specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Further, Acqutek Corporation reserves the right to revise this publication and to make changes from time to time in the content hereof without obligation of Acqutek Corporation to notify any person of such revision or changes.

RMA

    Acqutek RMA policy

    1. All returns must have a RMA number and malfunction report. Any return without a RMA number and/or malfunction report will be charged $50.
    2. All under-warranty repairs will, at Acqutek's option, be repaired or exchanged new products.
    3. All out-of-warranty repairs will, at Acqutek's option, be repaired or exchanged with used (repaired) products.
    4. All out-of-warranty repairs will be billed at cost of replacement materials plus service time.
    5. Shipping charges, both ways, either under-warranty or out-of-warranty, are the responsibility of the customer.

    If your product requires servicing, please contact your dealer or representative for a Return Material Authorization (R.M.A.) number. This number should be indicated on all paperwork accompanying the return product. If you need to ship your SYSTEM to us for service, be sure it is packed in a protective carton. We recommend that you keep the original shipping container for this purpose.

    You can help to assure efficient servicing of your product by following these guidelines :

    1. Call us to obtain an RMA number and write the RMA number on the outside of the carton. If we receive a return without a RMA number written on the outside of the carton, we have to contact you first to determine the reason for the return. It will slow down the solution of your problem.
    2. Whenever a RMA is issued, you must return the RMA products within 2 weeks.
    3. Include your name, address, and a telephone / facsimile number where you may be reached during the day time.
    4. A description of the system configuration and/or software at the time of malfunction.
    5. A description of the malfunction symptoms. if we receive a return without the description of the malfunction symptoms and/or system configuration, we have to contact you first to determine the reason for the return. it will slow down the solution of your problem.
    6. When you return a product for servicing, it is not necessory to return the cables, manuals, software and other accessories.
    7. Most Acqutek CPU cards and Embedded Computers are sold without CPU and memory, when you return CPU cards or Embedded Computers for servicing, we recommend you to send CPU and memory together.
